Balances are not correct

Postby New iPhone User » Mon Feb 08, 2010 10:22 pm

After either importing or restoring from a QIF file, none of my account current or future balances match the balances in Quicken. What could be the problem?

1. Make sure you have "Import Duplicates" set to ON so it imports all of your data. Reexport all your Quicken data and use "Restore from desktop..."

2. If #1 doesn't correct it. You'll need to figure out what is missing. I got an support question from another user about this and it turned out he forgot a recent interest payment from his bank which he had entered into Quicken after he exported his data from Quicken to PocketMoney.

Importing Duplicates must have been what was wrong. Thanks. All's well.
